We are looking for a Finnish Customer Support Specialist to join our Team in Mariehamn. This is a Fixed-Term position with the possibility of continuation.
We are recruiting for a passionate individual who is willing to learn and is open to new challenges.
As a Customer Support Specialist at Paf, you’d be expected to handle contacts via phone, chat and email in Finnish. Typing and computer skills are important.
All internal communication is in English, therefore a good level of the English language is also expected.
Previous experience in customer support is an advantage but not a must. We mostly value willingness to learn and the right service attitude.
